On behalf of the Board of Directors we want each of you to know how important you are to this organization and the clients you serve. We are very aware of your strengths, the challenges often presented and we want to ensure your voices are heard and we understand your needs as we are tasked to transition this management contract to a new organization.
We have engaged the leadership of Tracy and Caron through this process and will continue to. We have tasked each of the 3 organizations with a series of questions in order to assist us with decision making. From Leadership experience, style, sector experience and geographical location and presence as well as other functional organizational capacity questions. We would like to extend this opportunity to allow you to engage with the Board anonymously or feel free to include your contact details for further discussion and if you would like to continue to be engaged.
